Do devices arrive ready to use?
Yes. Devices are registered to Apple Business Manager, Knox Mobile Enrolment or Windows Autopilot before they ship, so they enrol and configure themselves on first boot. They arrive recorded in your asset register, not in a box.
What happens to devices at end of life?
Certified data destruction and disposal, with the certificate you will be asked for at audit. This is the step most fleets skip, and it is the one that turns up in an incident review.
Do we have to buy hardware through you to use your managed services?
No. Plenty of our managed customers buy hardware elsewhere. Procurement through CDTS simply removes a handoff — and the asset record tends to be better when one party owns the whole lifecycle.
