Common questions
Do you only work with platforms you resell?
No. We hold partnerships across Ivanti, Microsoft, Jamf, SOTI, Apple and Samsung specifically so the platform recommendation follows the requirement. If your incumbent platform is the right one, we will say so and operate it.
Can you take over an existing environment someone else built?
Yes — most of our managed fleets are inherited. We begin with a documented assessment of the current state, agree the remediation backlog, and only then move to steady-state operation so nobody inherits a surprise.
Where is the data held?
That depends on the platform and your requirements. We deploy Australian-hosted tenancies where the platform offers them, and will map data residency for each component before you sign anything.
